Poor service and incompetence

<p> I bought a bed at checkers house and home in festival mall kempton park only to find out they over sold the iterm hence they didn't have any stock which was understandable at the time because the iterm was on sale so I didn't mind loosing the money I spent on the transport which I was going to use transport the bed. On monday(2016/11/28) I called the sales person( SP THAKENG) and he assured me they have stock and I can come and collect the bed only to arrive at the store to be told they made the same mistake and they do not have any stock. At this point I've already spent R600 for transport to hire a delivery van and now they blatantly told me to hire another transport when they do have stock and now im looking at R900 spent on transport that have not transported anything,now can someone tell me is that fair and I'm just overreacting?</p>
