Poor Service and Bad attitude

I went to Checkers @Canal Walk on Sunday after between 5:30 and 6pm. I bought milk tarts and cake at confectionary/cafe section. As I approached the till point, ladies working there ignored me. Eventually they saw me looking at them and had no choice to come and assist me. After which she refused to ring up the cakes at the till point claiming its not coffee shop items. I said to her but u sell it here at ur till point so how can u say that to me. Then her next excuse was they dont have bags, if I want a bag I need to go fetch it myself. I was so furious and went to fetch packets at another till in order for to ring it up. Im disgusted by the behavior of the staff there, no where have I ever heard a till operator send a customer to run around for things she should have at her till point. Poor Service!!!!
