Poor service and arrogant attitude

I was in the and I logged a call with the call about long till queue and and only 4 cashier's. While on the phone with the goods in one hand and goodies in the other hand my mask was below my nose. Cashier advised me to lift it up, so I explained with hand gesture my hands are full and she immediately called the supervisor to say I'm refusing to comply. I also explained to her my hands were full. Iwas really frustrated at that moment and I issued my card for payment to cash, by not handing it to her but I put it till point and she had to pick it up. She responded that I was rude to her. Very arrogant attitude . Really disappointed
