Poor service

On the 25/7/20, I went to Shoprite money market at Alexandra Pan and deposited R510. I was assisted by Johannes Letsoele. On the 27/07/20 my younger sister went to Shoprite to withdraw the money and she was told that no money in the account. I went to pan Shoprite to query that a issue and the said I must come back the following day they will call at head office for investigation. On the 28/7/20 I went back at Shoprite and I was assisted by Itumeleng. They said they still waiting for head office they didn't reply yet. On the 29/7/20 I went there again and they said the money was withdrawn by somebody without ID document. And it can't be traced. And there is nothing they can do I must go to the police station and open the case. I'm very disappointed and heartbroken. How can someone withdraw money without ID document at the till? This is an inside job. Please help me to resolve this matter. My R510 down the drain at Shoprite
