Poor service

I bought a phone at checkers within 5days process I went back to explain that the phone freezes. They gave me a new phone but same problem occurs they refused to refund me nor add for better option.i hate how black managers oppress us as if we can't read of write. I hope the board of checkers can view this better.....I'm still going to publish their dirty and poor service. Checkers Loftus...
