Poor Service

I am very dissapointed,I went to Checkers Pharmacy Polokwane Hansvanrensburg Street today to buy eye ointment,unfortunately I did not remember the name of ointment and i tried to explain to the lady in Sepedi what I want, the lady told me that she has never heard of that thing in her entire life, she only knows eye drops.She did not even bother to ask her colleaque about what I want. It seems as she dont know what she is doing there at pharmacy. Then I left and went to other pharmacy and I got want I wanted because the guy who assisted me was there to serve customers,once I explained the guy he said ooooh is Sulphacetamide,Checkers dont you have this eye ointment in your pharmacy?
