POOR SERVICE

My pet hate is when I approach a counter and there are two or three staff members having a conversation, and ignoring me. Only when I walk away will one call after me. I no longer get angry and frustrated. I walk straight to the store manager and report them for their slackness. In most cases the Manager will go and talk to them. Another issue I have is when Items are marked "Special". When you pay, the old price is charged. I now check my receipt before I leave the store.
