Poor service

I went to checkers to buy biscuits and needed cash back. The lady who assisted me didn't have cash in the till so o waited for the till manager Cynthia and when she told her I need cash she just said 'yhoo'. And totally ignored me. So very unprofessional and it's not the fist time I receive such POOR service from checkers Northgate. Very POOR service
