poor service

customer service at Fourways mall checkers is very poor every time when I go there. I was being serviced by Mpholodi Motupa, firstly she didn't even greet me, secondly I was expected to go and get coldrinks with the barcode because the one I had didn't have a barcode, when I asked her why must I do that I was rudely answered that she will not leave her till and get a price, so I was expected to just leave those things there, even the till packer(Sinazo) had a bad attitude, I asked why can't she go to get the price...she then asked if I will pack for my self?
