Poor Service

I'm May 2022 I slipped and fell in the store (Checkers Durbanville) due to staff not cleaning the floor properly. When i fell, all i received was a sh*t look from the cleaner that walked right past me...didnt even offer to help me. I reported the incident the next day to their manager (with my colleague as she was with me when the incident happened) which took down all my details and said someone from head office will call me. I provided them with a letter from my doctor indicating that I injured my arm while I tried to break my fall. Until today I have NOT received ONE call nor email from them stating that they are looking into the matter. I followed up several times and all management of the store can say is that 'they will call her to find out why she didn't call me'.
