Poor service

I buy my groceries at Checkers Hyper Sunning dale and must say that the staff are the worst. They are unfriendly, not helpful at all and just plain rude. If this happened just once I would let it go, but this is a continuous problem. They don't greet you to start with it's just: "plastic" and then they start scanning your stuff. I like to say "thank you and have a lovely day" and they won't even reply to that. It doesn't matter how friendly you are, I can guarantee you that you will be in a bad mood when you leave there. It's simply unacceptable. I asked for a manager once and they just looked at me like a deer in headlights.
