Poor Service

<p>Called in on the 20th and requested a platter to be made for a meeting at my office. Was told it will be ready by 10am on the 21st. Cane to collect because my clients were waiting and was told it was still being made. This is the second time they have done this. Does peoples time mean nothing to them?waited for a further 20mins before food arrived cold.. Such pathetic service. No applogies!</p>
