Poor service

Hi I just received a call from my girlfriend. That she has been held up for something she didn't do.. One off the staff said she stole a pregnancy test and they took her to the back when they viewed the footage there was nothing that shows that she stole from checkers hyper at pavilion mall.. My question is she not allowed to look at anything at or her race is a problem, that makes her a suspect.. It's very annoying for the staff to judge people.. One day at the same store I went to buy R2500 groceries and I was following a white lady, the cashier was very friendly and the smile was on top of the roof.. When it was my turn she changed her face as if she's the one that's gonna pay.. She had a stinking attitude.. This has to stop..
