Poor service

<p>I went to checkers at Doonside to draw cash asked the cashiers if they can assist me. They told me to wait I waited 15min until I got frustrated I did explain to them that I'm in a rush. They told me that R3000 wont be available at this stage. I then asked for supervisor they called Debra Solomon she told me R3000 wont be available at this stage. I then asked her if she can help with any amount she can get she told me Sir we dont have money it still early then left me hanging like that carried on with her work. I went to her asked her why shes leaving me like that while I'm still talking to her she said I told you we dont have cash. I then asked for manager she went to call Rhodwa Govender I saw her explaining that I'm complaining then Debra carried on with her work expecting Rhodwa to assist me. It took Rhodwa another 15min to came to me while I'm waiting shes busy chating with his colleague while I'm waiting. I then approach her asked her why shes not recognizing me. She asked me what I want ? I then explained my frustrations she said nobody told her anythng. I asked to confirm with Debra that if she hasn't approach her about anything. They argued in front of me now that you never told me and supervisor I told you. You can image the type of management in that store. That how they handle customers very poor management I must say.</p>
