Poor service.

As I was paying by Brits mall Checkers and Checkers Hyper I was treated like a second citizen where by I asked Regomoditswe Masela the lady who was assisting me as a cashier to assist me with packing my groceries into bags which she looked at me cross side and told me she will call someone for me to help me pack. As I am still awaiting help she served the white guy who was after me on the queue, what upsets me was the fact that the guy didn't even attempt packing his groceries Regomoditswe the cashier already packed his stuff. I asked the lady if what she did was fair and explained my feelings towards my experience that's when she just looked at me and continued assisting the second after me customer. As humiliated as I was I asked for the manager whom came and asked the lady to apologise to me which she refused without even showing remorse. As unapologetic as she was the manager insisted that she apologise that's when she blew a sorry word at me with a bad attitude. That's when I walked away to avoid more humiliation and the manager did not say anything anymore.
