Poor Service

10 Minutes:

10 Minutes that is how long i had to wait at the deli to be severed (6 rolls - and i was given the wrong rolls), mind you i was the ONLY person standing there waiting to be severed - while the staff was chatting away and doing their own thing - lovely service!!

Now while i was waiting patiently to be served i was actually in a hurry... just to come to a till where the cashier who firstly looks you up and down as if you have said or done something offence because she now has to get off her backside and help me and secondly takes all the time in the world to ring up 6 rolls, 2 pieces of chicken, 2 pieces of fish and 2 cold drinks.

I am truly disappointed.

I started coming to Checkers because of the poor service at Pick n Pay - seems like poor service is a thing - all round.
