Poor quality service

Checkers had phones on special, so opted to purchase a hisence that was going for R499 then at the till which i waited over half an hour n they could not get the price correct the assistant manager came but was unable to over ride it, she stated they are unable to give me the phone, why advertise for products and not have the correct price n also not give the customer what is advertised?!
