Poor quality poor service

I bought couches from festival house and home in march, the original cost was R30000, I paid cash, after a week the couch was broken and falling off, I called the store to come and fetch it everyday I get one excuse after the other, they finally collected it and now I am being told I will have to wait for 3 weeks or more before I get my couches back, I regret ever supporting the business, I wanted to buy so many things from there, but the quality is very poor, wish I went to another store
