Poor quality Platinum branded products from Checkers

<p>Hi, i purchased the platinum microwave from checkers gateway just over 2 yeaars ago. the microwave worked well untill recntly. it does its own thing, selects functions without anyone being near it and it even cuts off microwaving without you commanding it to do so. i spent my hard earned cash thinking im buying a good brand. i dont even know where to send it for repairs as its a complicated microwave with many features. can anyone help?</p>
