Poor quality of food.

Good day. I bought a 300g pack of magic moments mash mallows. They package has not yet reached it's expiring date but they this mash mallows tastes old or was dipped in water and dried out, they also have some particles inside that are hard. I trust Checkers with my sweet tooth experience but I'm truly disappointed. There is a reason why I do my groceries at Checkers because I know of quality foods and services. I am not looking forward to try any of the new products Checkers Hypers promotes or sells anymore because of the the quality. Previously it was the maize meal I bought for the NPO Project I am running. I had to go use the product that I'm not happy with and I couldn't now return it because I was out of the province but I think I learned my lesson. Thank you.
