Poor quality items Checkers Mount Richmore

I am fed up of the constant poor service from checkers Mount Richmore. Yes I do purchase on the app however when you log in issues on the app they never do respond but here's the thing the store is not checking items properly and leaving expired items on the shelf. Today I purchased forage and feast coppa it had a bad smell and I checked the expiration date it expired yesterday. The cauliflower had black marks that looks abit like mould. It's pointless to offer a service if I have to go to the store. I have had numerous issues with checkers but it seems like they don't listen to the customer and resolve the problems because I keep encountering the same problems over and over and then I would get an apology and the cycle continues. The customer holds little importance because they feel like they have lots of customers so who cares if they are not all satisfied
