Poor quality facial tissues

I recently bought 2 boxes of Moments Facial tissues that were on special at checkers. To say the quality is bad is an understatement. Very poor quality. It aggravates sinuses. You just have to take one out of the box and the next thing it's all over your clothes. I don't even want to mention the disaster when blowing my nose! It scatters all over my chest like a cheap tissue. Very disappointing. Never buying again.
