Poor quality and price per/kg and price charged on weitht not the same.

On Friday,11 Feb '22 I ordered from Checkers Sixty60, as we have done many times before. Among the items was Valentine's gift mug in a box of which the box was so damaged and torn that I will not be able to give it as a gift in the box. Then later Friday night I submitted a second order for goods, and again a mug, Yogi sip, and a Braai Staan Lamb Rib, amongst other goods. On the proforma invoice, the Lamb price was given as on the special I bought it R115.p/kg on the site. when the goods were delivered the mug in the box was firstly out of stock so I had to choose another mug which was just thrown in with the other goods, not even rolled in a newspaper or at least on top of all the other goods, just throw in the bag. 2ndly the Yogi sip boxes were so damaged and soft and debilitating and when I checked the date the BB was Monday 14th, so I can't even use these for next weeks school lunches, then the 3rd thing the Lamb rib was R115p/kg as on the Sixty60 site to order and on the proforma invoice, but on the final invoice it shows R115p/kg, but the price charged is worked out at R135.99p/kg, thus the price per kg and the price charged differs, which is actually ******* and ********** as this is not the correct price. The price on the item also showed the R135p/kg and the charged price. When I phoned Checkers Hyper Secunda I was told they will investigate and get back to me within 5min, I am still waiting for a callback. Totally discussed with the poor quality of the products and the incorrect charging of the rib, makes you wonder if anything is actually the weight charged. Orders no 1st ***1 2nd ***5
