Poor quality

I have never had a good experience from the food sold by this deli. (Checkers Robert Broom) I often buy takeaways for my employees. On several occasions I bought samosas and were given corn and cheese instead of curry mince and visa versa. On Friday 2 September I bought jaffles which looked all good when we took them out of the packet the one side was completely burnt, we tried but could not eat it, I sent the complaint to the store and they have not responded. Left 8 messages for Coleen to call me and are still waiting.
