Poor poor Service.

I went to Mall of the North Checkers yesterday 21/12/2018 around 16:00 to buy a Grey Hound Bus Ticket from Mall of the North to Midrand for 22/12/2018, the Cassier said there is No bus Tomorrow, I asked her again She said there is no bus Tomorrow, Not even Checking on the system, I assumed Grey Hound do not travel on Saturday. To my Surprise I see a bus Today, I called Grey Hound, their Buses travel every day from this route. If I was told it was Full I would understand, and opted for another bus, but she said there are No buses. Meaning No bus be it Grey Hound or any other. I'm really angry for being inconvenienced, if someone is working at a till shouldn't they be knowledgeable and aware of what going on. I'm really angry.
