Poor poor customer services & racially profiling

So today the 13th of December in Gateway shopping centre, I had bought my spouse a Russell Hobbs just a 2 days back as a gift, so she wanted to change it for something else at 1st having had all the slips. They refused to take the item back & to exchange it for cash. So today I've never been so disrespected trying to understand what the actual problem was, only to find out that I was being victimised & racially profiled by the branch manager Yugan Chandragasen, & Assistant manager Rakesh Moodley, just because I was black my matter wasn't treated with the respect & significance it deserved. They were both talking over me as a customer, nothing I said mattered because to them I was black "their store their rules" when they were done talking they just left me in the there standing by the customer care... What frustrating me this much is that at this time & date people still think its OK to treat customers differently just because they re in higher power.
