POOR PATHETIC SERVICE

Poor Customer Service and Poor Qualiy products.

I went to Checkers in Sunward Park yesterday to buy a few items. One of which was their Biltong stick. First I went to the Butchery to look there, on picking up the first package I noticed that there was mould inside and when I checked the other packages they also had. I then asked the Butchery Manager (Annetjie) if they had any fresh Biltong sticks and showed her the mould in the packages and received a short and unpleasant answer of go look on the shelves by the chips. I left and looked at the packages in the isle by th chips only to find that these also had mouldmin them.

I then decided to address the matter with the Store manager who was not available. I spoke to one of the front admin managers who assured me that it was a matter for Annetjie to address and proceeded with me to the butchery. When got there Annetjie did not even bother to take the packages with miuldmoffnthe shelves and when she was asked why she did not take it off she got very irritated. On showing her that the other packets also had mould in, her answer was to ask one of the staff members if that rep has been there that week.

I really feel that this is not the way these types of situations should be handled and my problem was not even resolved.
