Poor Managerial Skills

I was at Checkers in Vincent to return my iron it has an electric fault. The Admin Manager who assisted me was "Sammy". She took the iron out and she said we not going to take your iron back because the fault was caused by your negligence you dropped the iron. I told her the iron dropped about 4 months ago and it has been working fine, and I have dropped irons before and they have continued working for years. You have not even tested the iron and you are already confirming that the electrical is resulting from when the iron fell. She then rolled her eyes and said we don't account to negligence. That's what really made me upset, she clearly has no managerial skills. Checkers needs to send her back on training and teach her how to Treat Customers Fairly. She has no ethics, I don't like people who undermine their customers.
