Poor management s****s

Yesterday I went to Checkers Hyper in Kolonnade Mall. ever since the country went on lockdown, in other shopping centers, essential workers don't cue, as announced by the government. There were a few times when I didn't cue, and there were a few times we're I had problems with the security guards about it but they eventually let me in. I went in around 2pm yesterday and showed the security guard at the gate my name tag, he wouldn't let me in, but a few hours earlier he let my colleagues in. I asked to see the manager he told me that all the managers are on lunch, I told him I'd wait for them, I was with a friend and she cued for us, so when it was our turn I got inside and went straight to the manager (Mr Makola) he told me that we have to cue cause their manager decided that he doesn't want any more headaches cause of the non essential workers complaints so we all have to cue. So I asked if they're going against what the government said, he said, they only let nurses, doctors, soldiers and police men in and then I showed him my name tag and I was in uniform, I don't know why he couldn't see that I'm a nurse, might be because our uniform is Grey, anyway he then helped me nicely and went to the security guard and told him that moving forward he must just let us in. Okay I was happy with that. Around 5pm I went back cause there were a few things I forgot to buy, I went straight through the door and got stopped by another security guard, I told him I'm not ginna go through the same thing with him again and went straight in, he shouted, I ignored him and went to get what I wanted. As I was about to go and pay, he came towards me with another manager, Mr Joseph. I tried explaining to him what had happened in the afternoon, he wouldn't even listen, he started yelling in front of other costumers, saying that them (Checkers Kolonnade) and the center management decided that we must cue, he said they sent out emails and that he's gonna go to my supervisor at the clinic and report me, and that I must read my emails, I don't know what email he's talking about because we have never received such, even if it was sent it's a ridiculous because in other Checkers centers essential workers don't cue still. I went to cue for payment and left. I told him I'm going to report him and he came in to me and asked "what did you say". He was very unprofessional, kept screaming in front of customers and said did nothing to solve the situation. The inconsistency is what makes me really upset. And Mr Joseph's behavior. Write or wrong, no manager should yell at a costumer and cause a scene like that, he's very unprofessional. Checkers Kolonnade is bending the rules because management don't want a headache from non essential customers.
