Poor management

I bought a product drink, energy drink at checkers hyper the Pavilion mall. About 10 to 12 cans of move ernegy drink were half empty. Some of the cans looked as if they fell on the gravel road and brought in the store. One of the staff member I asked for help disappeared. When I called back the lady that spoke to me she(Sne) just said I'm 'sorry' how unprofessional that is.... The mechendise of drinks was very poor, I wish I had photos.
