Poor management. Checkers Langverwaght

Returned an unused item on a Teusday for a refund, the manager decided to refund me on my bank card, I asked her why she said because i paid with a debit card. She gave me a refund receipt, i left the store and 3 days later the money still didnt reflect, this manager couldve made it easier by giving me cash but she insisted she need to refund to card because it was a debit car purchase. Had to make several calls regarding this refund but no assistance from anyone, sending me from pillar to post. I will have to drive back to this store and provide them a bank statement to prove i didny get my money back. This is extremely poor service.
