Poor management at checkers Ermelo

The security guards and management at checkers Ermelo are rude. We were refused entry by he security guards at 17h30 claiming that the store is closed even though the trading hours stipulates that the store closes at 18h00. When I requested to see the manager the security guards told me that "the manager said that they won't come because if I am their customer then I'd know that their store closes at 17h30.
