Poor Management

I shop at Checkers Hyper Parow Centre on a monthly basis and have forwarded complaints on numerous occasions regarding the stock at this shop. it is more like a backdoor plaza shop rather than a "Hyper" shop. The "special items" received on colorful brochures are non existent and the shelves are poorly packed. This concern was forwarded to Checkers Hyper head office on numerous occasions but no improvement to date. I have alternated days during the month to shop but the situation remains. I have brought it to the attention of the store manager on numerous occasions but nothing seem to change. The previous manager has now moved to another branch but the situation seems to worsen with the new management. I have numerous “rain checks” due to the inefficiency of the stores’ stock availability. The “specials” adverts received to draw me to your shop is a waste of time as when I do make an effort to purchase the specials, no stock. It happens all the time wasting my time and effort. It seems that the “specials” are limited and this exercise is to *****ently draw people to the shop to purchase items not intended to be purchased. Unfortunately I will be shopping at this store going forward and will continue my charade in the media until things improve, hopefully
