Poor Feedback / follow up

I submitted a complaint early February about bad service and cold meat that I bought that was past the sell by date @ Checkers in the Mooiriver Mall. Checkers responded, a representative called me and assured me that he will be at Checkers Mooirivier in Potch in a few days, and he will organise a hamper for me after my ordeal with the bad service and the cold meat that I bought that was 4 days past sell by date. That was now almost two weeks ago already, and I have not heard from him or anyone from Checkers again. I am very dissapointed
