Poor customs service

<p>We got to checkers at 19:00 and they were very busy with limited tills open I had 3 items to buy and needed a packed of smokes so I decided to go straight to the cigarette counter to purchase everything one time only to be told no I can't do that. This is the first time ever that I wasn't allowed to do that. Saint Johns Checkers in Pinetown is the most unfriendly staff ever and the only checkers I know that of that will 1st serve their staff before their customers. SHOCKING</p>
