Poor Customer Service from the Entire Checkers Rivonia Management

I went to exchange 2 items this afternoon at 7:05pm at the Checkers Rivonia that i purchased from this store, and one of the managers said it's fine continue to shop and once you done i will see to your return. I completed my shopping went to the exchange section and waiting for the manager to see to me. The manager saw me standing there and totally ignored me. I went to the other managers that was sitting down to ask them to assist and they did nothing about it. In fact 1 was on the phone, 1 was eating and 1 was talking to their friend. Is this a serious business or a joke?? This is not the first time this has happened to me. Please check your cameras. And to think that this checkers branch won an award for customer service what a joke. I don't need to shop and support this supersupermarket there is plenty on Rivonia Road to shop at like Spar, PnP and Woolworths. At Least look at your recruitment team when onboarding managers because this branch is pathetic and i will never step foot back at your store...
