Poor customer service from Plumstead branch

<p>Item did not want to scan and required controller to insert the price manually. The controller on duty refused to assist until she was ready, waited for 10minutes before she completed her task, then decided to take a walk around the store. After a further 5 minutes of waiting at the till, decided to leave the goods. Complained first to Checkers via their site, no feedback. Date and time of incident: 8/10/16 14:05</p>
