Poor customer Service from Management influencing staff

Hi

I went to checkers Eastrand mall, to go buy a few things and withdraw money. I was taken from pillar to post with no one to assist me. The money market clerk Nhlamulo just looked at me and told me to stand aside and wait for it. Someone asked her to get money amounting to R2500 , she went to the back.. why is it that I’m not considered??? She was fussy with authorising deposits, with a poor attitude too.

Why have an option for withdrawing as a benefit if you don’t invest in measures of assuring cashiers have sufficient funds or minimum amounts. This is bull really I spent a good 20 min waiting honestly you should hire management well mandated and capable of doing their duties with diligence, not them thinking they own such entities. Even the cashier wasn’t concentrating nompumelelo aswell

If this is what Custer service is then checkers should re examine how, who and why they hire.
