Poor Customer Service from Branch Manager Amanda Willowbridge

To whom it may concern,

I'm not one to lodge a complaint but I was extremely annoyed today 😠. I get it's pay weekend but this branch is pathetic service. I feel as if I'm a nuisance in this cramped and busy branch. Checkers sixty60 always has the isles packed and no space for movement. But the worst part about my experience was being assisted at the cash point by the controller at the till and the branch manager being the packer. As a manager it's either you want to assist or you don't. No Greeting...nothing. maybe it's because she ( Amanda) was too busy focused on the person or colleague behind us that they overcharged us for an item. So my wife went back to them and once again no apology for the inconvenience just called someone to assist. Then that 1 item being returned took even longer to than the actual transaction. Amanda really poor assistance, i doubt I'll be coming back to this branch if the manager can't lead by example.
