POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I was at Checkers Wonderpark on the 02 March 20120 to do cross border money Transfer the queues in the entire store were so long and few cashiers available to assist customer at monthh end peak hour trading,managers were just walking around without any effort or whatsover,you can see frustration on customers faces but no one was in charge as the store was running by itself
