Poor customer service centre at checkers

The store itself is very customer service oriented but it contact centre not so much. Logged 2 issues with them over purchases. One was an incorrect bill and the other a sauce bottle which bubbled over and emptied its itself in sink . I'm guessing due to being poorly packaged or not kept at proper temperature. I have still had no response from them.
