Poor customer service

Apparently being a new store they can't help you with a sassa card. I was at Checkers CC The Mutual CBD, George Mall and I was told this after being send to another cashier to withdraw money. Seeing that they don't have any signage to inform there customers let me do that. The so called cashier/supervisor that was assisting me failed to check if this card was accepted or not to busy having conversations with fellow cashiers. When I disputed this they want to have the attitude.
