Poor customer service at Checkers Phalaborwa

I bought overalls at Checkers Phalaborwa (Lantana Street) and when I arrived at home I found out that one lady the size is too small. On tuesday I went to do exchange as she said she wears XXL instead of Large. On my arrival at the shop, the lady that is responsible for voiding gave me a bad attitude. I waited for more than 30 minutes and after she said she going to call the manager to assist me. The manager said the person who sold me overalls he scanned one item instead of scanning them one by one and the one that I’m returning it is not on the invoice, so they won’t assist me. And they didn’t even border to listen to me.
