Poor customer service and defamation of character

Went to checkers horizon to buy cigarettes, the cashier asked for my ID, I showed her and she spoke to the other cashiers in her native language and laughed directly in my face and wouldn't go and fetch the cigarettes. The cashiers name is Kelebogile.
