Poor customer service

I have been enquiring about a Morphy Richards 5l mixer. I phone the Customer care number. They said they will get back to me. But I had to get back to them. I have had no joy from the local branches to find out when they will have it availed. Phone other branches but I am put on hold endlessly without feedback. National branches just puts me on hold.
