Poor customer service

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>My mother and sis experienced the same problem whenever they swipe their debit card at Checkers at The West coast Mall in Vredenburg. They buy groceries for a certain amount and then ask for a cash withdrawal. When the amount total to more than R2000, then it gets declined. The cashiers then look at them as if they are stupid or do not have the amount that they ask for in their banks. They get annoyed with my mom and sister, just to be informed by a supervisor that the cash withdrawal is also charged as a transaction not a withdrawal!. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Why is it possible for Checkers not to have picked this up as a problem and inconvenience to their customers? How many must still Be humiliated by a mistake that is clearly the shop's fault? </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>And please train your staff about customer service! Very poor indeed! They don't even know how to address the customers! </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you!</p> <p> </p>
