POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

The service that you provide to customers at your Rivonia village store is absolutely POOR. Your cashiers have no proper training of what customer service is or if they do, they are intentionally giving poor service. You can stand as long as 15-20 minutes in a que and the cashier is not even bothered. My shift starts at 18:00 and I arrived at checkers at 17:40 and only left at 18:10. The cashier was full of attitude and slow even though the customers in que did not have many items. Your management is a joke as they do not even check if ques are moving as they should. You should re-train the whole lot and give us better service. your cashier called Ngwanano is so slow and has such an impolite face to customers. If she is so unhappy with her job may she please resign.
