Poor customer service

I contacted Checkers Brackenhurst regarding a pending issue I had raised with the store. During this process, I had to call seven times and was repeatedly transferred without resolution. On several occasions, the phone was left unattended while staff engaged in personal conversations. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was informed that staff are not allowed to provide managers’ contact details. After multiple calls and transfers, I was eventually connected to Rozel, the manager. However, she advised that she will checking in Head Office and that she would get back to me. This lack of follow-up and ineffective handling of my query is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the store’s customer service standards.
