Poor customer service.

On the 29th/06/2022 I went to checkers mall of the north to do my grocery, I had spend almost an hour in the store, when I approached the tills it the lines were long which it's understandable that its month end, to my surprise cashier (Granny) who was assigned by till point no:10 wasn't very friendly to her customers, as there was a lady in front of me paying, the lady asked her if she can't help her to pack her grocery,then the cashier just folded her hands and staired at the customer to finish packing up her things, I greeted the cashier and asked if she can't assist the lady as time wasn't on our side and the que was now getting long. She looked at me as if am talking to myself, no reply from her, she then started scanning my grocery with an attitude didn't even bother to acknowledge me as her customer. Called out for management but unfortunately the branch manager wasn't there at the time. Called and laid a bad customer service to head office ref no: ***. A hour later around 15:00 was called by a guy Precious who claimed to be the branch manager, which he informed me that he got my complain and which language do I speak! Which I really don't understand where does my language have to do anything with the bad customer experience I had received from them. Precious being the branch manager kept on asking me which language do I speak to a point where by he didn't even come up nor listen to my complain.
