Poor customer service

I was standing in the small items till, first in line, the cashier was busy with 2 other staff members, completely ignored the fact that i was waiting in the queue, couldn't even explain why they couldn't serve me, i eventually had to move to another till. Super disgusted at the way they treated me. Date: 06 April. Time around 11:40 am.
